This is an experiment conducted by Ben Fry in 98' where he uses real time video to create re-visualization based on colors. Here is a screen shot from the Fargo trailer which he used in the experiment in the second image [first example] the screen shot is arranged from darkest color to lightest color. In the third image [second example] it is constructed out of letters. The individual letters are chosen based on the brightness of that area of the image, so dark areas might use a small lowercase letter, whereas brighter portions use denser letters, such as a W.
In the fourth example the image re-organizes the pixels of the image into their respective locations in the hue, saturation, value color model.
